I am the owner of Richards Guide Service LLC and a musky guide with over 25 years of experience targeting musky across the Midwest and Canada.

A native of Streator, Illinois, who grew up fishing Hayward, Wisconsin, I launched my professional guiding career in 2023.

I consider myself highly technical and detail orientated angler who utilizes my electronics to their maximum potential. This expertise carries into the winter through my custom boat rigging business.

On the water, I combine my decades of deep angling knowledge with cutting-edge technology to deliver a premier, educational guiding experience designed to help clients catch fish and become better anglers.
